Our Recruitment Manager
” My name is Jenny, and I am the Recruitment Manager at Women in Healthcare Recruitment. I joined Women in Healthcare Recruitment in May 2023 but my career in the care sector started from leaving school in 2001.
I began as a care assistant for Bupa Care Homes where I obtained my NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care. Throughout my 15 years at Bupa my career took the direction of more office based managerial roles to which I have continued to date.
I have worked for many high-profile companies including Bupa, HC-One, Hales Homecare, One-to-One Homecare and Indeed Flex. My biggest achievement to date was becoming Registered Manager for a newly established domiciliary care provider and achieving a ‘Good’ rating at our first CQC inspection.
I have a wealth of knowledge in the care sector including recruitment, tenders, contracts and agencies which I bring with me to Women in Healthcare Recruitment.
In my personal life, I am married and have 2 beautiful stepchildren. I am lucky enough to live on the East coast with the beach being a 5-minute walk away. I love spending time with my family watching films, cooking and going to the beach.”
